- Explored a novel protocol for CNS drug-hit discovery to generate predictions across 3D landscapes to ultimately guide bioprospecting efforts. - Discovered and prepared a specialized dataset of several thousand plant species to train 3 distinct classifier models. - Adapted project protocol and evaluation to better fit the scope of the firm’s expertise and achieved an overall F1 score of 82%.
