Software Developer

In my role, I develop and customize plugins in Dynamics 365 to automate business processes and ensure seamless integration between custom and standard entities. I design custom workflows and business rules within Dynamics 365, leveraging Power Automate to implement complex automation scenarios such as notifications, approval flows, and record updates. By creating cross-platform workflows with Power Automate, I enhance productivity and enable data synchronization across Dynamics 365, Microsoft services, and third-party platforms. I integrate Dataverse data across Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dynamics 365 to maintain data consistency and accessibility. For efficient data handling, I use FetchXML and QueryExpression in plugins to retrieve large datasets with optimal performance. Additionally, I enhance the user experience by customizing the UI in model-driven apps, using JavaScript for conditional formatting, calculated fields, and form-level automation.
