- DENSO (Thailand) Co., Ltd. : DNTH - Was selected by Denso to attend ‘Lean Automation System Integrator (LASI)’ internship program to lead a team with a challenge to enhance productivity for non-standard operational workers in stator station. Strategized to diminish transportation distance, idle and bottle-neck time by setting up a machine to replace high frequent manual jobs. For instances, remove manual task in putting material 5 times a day into automate option and to only remain those tasks which require humans’ skills. - Achievement: 37.5% assembly lead time reduction with 3.6% manpower cost reduction
