• Led the modeling & C-suite discussions on $5B in forecasted FY22 spend to understand HPE’s exposure to the chip shortage, allowing leadership to adjust pricing in time to maintain margins & save an estimated EPS of 10pts. • Designed the operational structure and led the program management of a ‘sourcing as a service’ contract model with suppliers, which reduced chip cost on ‘as a service’ server/supercomputer sales by up to 40% and enhancing cash flow up to 80%. • Managed the design and development of two software applications for automating our analytics, tracking, and reporting of supplier contracts and $450M+ per year of supplier financial transactions. • Utilize Power BI to build out Financial & Operations dashboards, eliminating manual reporting & analysis to save time and significantly reduce errors.
