Delegated and coordinated with affiliates across the country to opt-in for virtual events. Created registration pages for events, managed invite, RSVP and attendance reports. Communicated with gift officers on new $25k+ annual donors, weekly event reports and assisted with event planning coordination. Spearheaded virtual and physical event registration processes and associated reporting such as invite list, RSVP and attendance weekly reports. Communicated with donors and informed them of policies, event details and confirming personal information.
