My official responsibilities for the program were to notify families when students were required to attend remedial study sessions and to monitor attendance at those sessions. I took the initiative to expand the program by maintaining school-wide records of students’ academic progress and reporting results to faculty and families. At the end of the school year, I created a report documenting my findings; this report directly informed Loyola’s academic policy for the following school year.
