• Lead, coach and develop a team of 25 associates to achieve Site Top 5 performance on priority KPI through outlier-focused action plans, individual monitoring, team support workshops and language reinforcement initiatives. • Created and automated a dynamic performance management report that saved the Leadership team an average of 40 weekly working hours in outlier and performance trend analyses for quality and productivity KPI. • Implemented calibration workshops for 29 managers on performance management and business review reporting, leading to a positive impact on 86% of managers on performance management and 83% on business reporting. • Recognized as Site Top 10% high performing managers (Nov 2023) based on performance metrics and peer feedback.

Operations Manager

Lead planning, delivery, implementation and monitoring of large-scale projects within the Cultural Engagement and Education Systems strategic business units. • Managed daily operations for international cooperation agreement impacting bilingual education in 121 of District’s 154 educational institutions, as well as database of 2000+ students, 150+ English teachers and 32 development tutors. • Employed drop-out mitigation strategies for monitoring and reporting on weekly outliers that led to 85% student certificate completion, 49% of students improving language CEFR level and 96% participant approval feedback. • Reached and impacted 86% of District’s English language teachers through planning, implementation, and monitoring of workshops and initiatives to strengthen pedagogical practices.

World Lebanese Cultural Union | Apr 2018 - Oct 2021

Chairperson - World Council for Youth

Presided over and coordinated the affairs of the WLCU World Council for Youth (WLCUY, a.ka. Youth Council), a multi-cultural body uniting 19 Lebanese diaspora youth institutions and 750+ members from 10 countries, and represented its interests at WLCU World Council. Accomplishments • Led 6-person international team to plan and execute 12-day cultural congress in Lebanon for 193 participants from 18 nationalities through coordination with global stakeholders and fundraising 175k+ USD from private and public sector. • Established and grew collaborative partnerships with Lebanese American University, LATAM Center for Lebanese Studies, AIESEC Lebanon and others, that have benefited 250+ youth in academics and professional development. • Raised funds for over 1 million meals to help alleviate hunger among low-income Lebanese communities, in collaboration with WLCU, Lebanese Food Bank and Rotary Clubs. • Established WLCUY “SHEis” Women’s Commission and NGO Commission, consolidating and managing organization’s NGO affiliation at DGC-UN and accreditation at ECOSOC, participating numerous times at UN Civil Society Unit global forums.

Secretary General - World Council for Youth

Senior adviser to the WLCU World Council for Youth’s (WLCUY) Chairperson Accomplishments • Co-organizer of the WLCU World Lebanese Youth Encounter "LEBolution 2017" held in Lebanon for 10 days, with 186 participants from 17 countries (July 2017). • Duplicated number of registered active members by developing and implementing internal processes such as a global membership database, identifying key demographics and optimizing communication channels. • Coordinated and ensured the compliance of the general policy of the WLCUY with 16 affiliated institutions for youth of Lebanese origins from 7 countries across Europe, North America and South America.

Junior Engineer

• Responsible for structural modelling, analysis, designs and technical reports of 14 projects in regions of low, medium and high seismic activity across Colombia. Projects included the design of new structures and the reinforcement of existing structures, for residential condos, business centers, storage warehouses, water treatment plants, hotels and international airports. • Coordinated a 4-person team for the development of structural plans and revised project designs to ensure output quality through revisions of internal quality standards, and elaboration of structural calculation reports. • Head engineering modeler for a consulting project carried out in Ecuador focused on seismic risk and innovative seismic isolation systems. The project was directed by the company’s Engineering Director and Partner, Eng. Luis Enrique García (former ACI president, co-founder Colombian Seismic Engineering Association).
