Owned the machine learning models that supported the Claims & Risk Solutions team that detected potential fraud, recovery opportunities, and straight-through-processing (STP) that drove cost savings. • Achieved 25% STP for high volume and low value claims using NLP and Snorkel AI models. • Retrained potential fraud prioritization model using ISO Claim Director data and developed a new user-interface to improve adoption and tracking. • Modernized model deployment to Domino Data Labs and Databricks to drive model automation, improved quality and enable API integration with business applications and workbenches. • Enriched the data warehouse with new data sources like unstructured claim notes and loss control surveys to enable the development of new data science solutions by defining user stories and testing deployments. • Introduced and applied Agile methods with on and offshore teams to expand data science capacity and velocity to deliver use cases without increasing cost.

Devised and executed a data & analytic (D&A) strategy to enhance data, promote literacy, and deliver analytic solutions. Improved the profitability of renewed policies with the creation of Renewal Pricing Strategies (RPS) analytic solution that assigns the best renewal premium.
