Warehouse Planning & Operations: Aug 2018 - Mar 2019: I worked as a data analyst in the planning team within the central warehouse where I assisted in implementing a new reporting structure for the planning team to provide improved visibility warehouse performance. I also became heavily involved in the credits project team where I implemented a new reporting structure that helped the team target areas for improvement through my data analysis. I assisted in improving the warehouse layout through the design of new pick face labels and relocation of product lines through analysis of inefficiencies with the current layout. Reorder Team Mar 2019 - Feb 2020: Demand Planner (Mar - Jun): My role as demand planner involved producing forecasts for upcoming promotions and communicating predicted volumes with suppliers and reorder planners. I would also produce post promo analysis to share with the wider business to evaluate our forecast accuracy. Supply Chain Planner (Jun - Aug): I spent the summer working as the planner for our Ethnic product ranges. I was responsible for managing stock levels for these suppliers and placing orders with suppliers when fresh stock was required. I also produced weekly forecasts for suppliers to provide visibility on future demand. Supply Chain Analyst (Mar - Feb): I was in charge of our departments KPI reporting & analysis during my time with reorder. This involved the weekly distribution of various service reports and adhoc analysis when required by the team. I also led a successful project to create a subsystem off our ERG system to improve reporting accuracy. Transport March 2020 - July 2020: Worked on the implementation of Paragon & ePod projects across the company's national transport network.

Sports Coach

Coached hockey to students aged between 12-16 during school year. Worked as a referee for matches. In charge of planning and coaching training sessions. Chose squads for matches and communicated with players about the squad. Needed to spend time evaluating training sessions and games in order to find ways to improve.

Assurance Intern

I worked in the UKI Assurance Department in EY Dublin. The majority of my work consisted of working on clients ranging from global MNCs to SMEs in Dublin. The roles I performed were: Carrying out testing procedures for the audit of our clients. Communicating with the client to resolve issues. Documenting work performed on Excel or Word and editing work after it had been reviewed. My time in EY improved my communication skills as I needed to be able to speak correctly to a wide range of stakeholders including clients, third parties such as banks and my own audit team. My ability to work in team also developed over the year as I constantly was working in and relying on the various EY teams I worked with. Working daily with applications like Excel and Word also increased my proficiency with these tools.
