• Working within a multi-disciplinary team to promote optimal athletic performance. • Player evaluation, including loading in training and match play. • Production of daily training reports providing details of sessions in the context of players acute, chronic, and game loads. • Production of match reports for team and individual performances across the season. • Performing player screening on MD +2 to assess physical preparedness. • Presenting to medical and sport science team on player’s preparedness using analysis of their normative data. • Production of reporting tools on player’s physical performance and preparedness, collating multiple data sources into easily accessible dashboards, using Microsoft Power BI. • Delivery of daily activation and injury reduction programs. • Implementation of recovery protocols and nutritional strategies. • Delivery of match day warm-ups and conditioning. • Delivery of on-field training, conditioning, and rehabilitation sessions. • Delivery of gym-based sessions. • Liaising with national teams’ performance and medical departments to ensure players loads are accurately reported and documented during international duty.
