General Contracting Division & Metal Building Division As a Construction Project Manager, my primary role was to oversee and guide construction projects from conception to completion while ensuring they were completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Some of my skills as a commercial construction PM: Project Planning and Scheduling: Developing detailed project plans, defining project scope, setting timelines, and allocating resources. Ensuring every aspect of the project is methodically organized and that all team members/ subcontractors understand their responsibilities. Contract Administration: Overseeing/awarding contract negotiations and agreements with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. I ensure all contracts are fair, transparent, and uphold the company's interests. Problem Solving: Addressing and proactively resolving any issues that arise during the construction process. My approach is proactive and solution- focused, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines. Reporting and Documentation: Preparing detailed reports on project progress and other metrics for internal and external stakeholders. I ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

As a dedicated administrative professional at the Veterans Affairs (VA) office, I held a crucial role in managing medical records and scheduling appointments for veterans. My attention to detail and commitment to accuracy were paramount in maintaining up-to-date records, which was essential for the delivery of high- quality healthcare services. I also collaborated closely with other VA staff to streamline processes and improve the overall efficiency of the department. This role required a high level of discretion, organizational skills, and a deep commitment to supporting the healthcare needs of veterans.
