In charge of the A400M Rudder sizing, a fully composites structure. I made modelling, worked on methods and tools, and carried out optimisation of the structure by working on both the layup optimisation and the methods and tools improvement. Calculations carried out: static linear and non-linear, buckling, thermal and thermo-méchanical analysis, modal analysis. used softwares: SAMCEF and NASTRAN

In charge of a test campaign on potted inserts into sandwich panels. I made the test proposal (business plan), the test request (definition of tests and specimens), I ran the tests, and finally carried out all the post processing, with statistical analysis (B-basis value extraction). The database generated has been validated by the FAA representative to be used in cabin interior design thanks to my work on the quality assurance of the campaign.
