Associate Data Scientist

- Conducted dozens of analysis and scaled them either to dashboards or statistical models, in the domain of performance and capacity management to provide insights, recommendations and visibility to decision makers - Worked on several predictive and prescriptive analysis to maintain effective supply and demand forecasts to be able to meet client’s turn around time expectation. Also conducted several research to provide a healthy internal SLA for throughput and quality metrics. - Conducted network analysis using VPN and telemetry data to build robust models for fraud detection, increasing client trust. This translated into increase in throughput of cloud workforce and the organization getting more volume of work. - Involved directly in providing future vision of data, products & technology. Identified and filled technical gaps among other engineers as the company was moving towards AI first. Facilitated several knowledge transfer session throughout the organization. - In several occasions, acted as interim scrum master for the data team to make sure work were delivered on time, and with upmost quality.
