-Collaborated closely with cross-functional teams in ( Canada, Bulgaria, Brazil, Egypt, Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, and Cameroon) to define and prioritize features, coordinate development and testing, and ensured a successful launch of new product features. -Helped with the Roadmap and Vision of the Plastic Bank Blockchain app and Alchemy™ in collaboration with the CTO and various stakeholders. -Analyzed customer feedback and data to inform new product features and decisions. -Worked with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including business analysts, UX/UI designers, customer success, and development teams to ideate new product features. -Created and maintained a product backlog aligned with the company's vision and strategy. -Conducted data analysis and created data visualization reports to drive business decisions.
