Here are some of what I contributed to the EU project during my time there: • Created an Access database for the medical department with features: 1. Simple. 2. User-friendly. 3. Instant search. 4. Duplicates-free. 5. Cutomised search. 6. Auto-complete. • Created an automated Excel report for the medical department with the features: 1. In-depth detail. 2. Customised periodic report; where they can choose the period they want and the numbers would update accordingly. • Created an automated info desk for the social, medical, and reception departments to register daily activities with features: 1. Cloud and offline access. 2. Separate periodic report for each; where they can choose the period they want and the numbers would update accordingly. 3. Auto-complete. • Created three (3) automated, interactive dashboards reflecting the social, medical, and assistance sections, to find patterns, and make data-driven decisions. • Identified and removed duplicate profiles. • Managed the delivery of EGP 3.5+ M of cash assistance to the most vulnerable families through the partnership with Fawry Plus for Banking Services. • Trained colleagues on using Excel from the same and other projects within Caritas Alex.
