I help them in regards to Account Management Queries like Adding/Reducing licenses, Host Account maintenance, Enable/disable Site features etc. Few of my clients include RIM (Research in Motion), Barclays, TCS Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Cisco WebEx Training Center, Event Center, Support Center and Meeting Center products. Worked as Event producer for the big Events which my clients held. Up selling additional Cisco WebEx products by looking into the customer’s usage and current contracts. Providing better solutions to customers if needed (per requirement) and assisting with smooth transition to the new product. Assisting customers and website Administrators with User account creations, modifications and deletions. Assisting Billing contacts to be able to the Invoicing website to view and pay Invoices. This includes creating User accounts for the Invoicing website with online tools available. Helping new customers in signing up for products online. Assisting Hosts in scheduling meetings/events/trainings depending on the product they have purchased and explaining details on charges for usage of the product and features depending on charges in their contract. Analyzing customer need when they call for cancellations looking at Usage reports and trying to retain customers by offering other options per needs. Assisting customers with cancellation as and when necessary. Sometimes, attendees trying to get into a meeting for a specific host would also call. We would assist in logging into the meeting with whatever information was available in Meeting invite. Also providing level one tech support, issue like unable to start meetings. To oversee the events of the customer if they are premium customers. Worked on remedy. Worked with the product development team before and after the launch WebEx 11
