Instrumentation Technician

Conduct scheduled calibrations on emissions equipment across 16 test cells such as Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR), Particulate Matter (PM), Flame Ionization Detector (FID) Hydrocarbon, Chemiluminescence (CLD) NOx, and Non-Dispersive Infrared (NDIR) CO/CO2 analyzers. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues that arise in a computer-automated test control environment (Linux OS). Maintain and install pumps, heated filter housing, relay valves, emission probes, TCP/IP based I/O control modules, and temperature, pressure, and flow controllers. Modify Dodge RAM electronics harnesses and instrumentation wiring harnesses carefully and thoughtfully around equipment to prevent damage and maintain proper function. Communicate with engineers to deliver product based on specification.
