• Designer, developer and custodian of dashboards and databases for the PMO Operations analyzing data of over 7000 active IT projects across ExxonMobil, leveraging the data to build dashboards and tools to enable activities like budget management, schedule tracking, data quality monitoring, project reappraisals, project closeout, time writing data analysis • Developed dashboards in Tableau to visualize important Enterprise Project KPIs like Cost and Schedule health, Time-writing Completion Trends, Projects Scorecard, Project Data Quality Monitoring and other wide variety of exploratory analysis • Custodian of ETL framework for the PMO Operations Data warehouse, responsible for developing new and maintain/improve existing workflows primarily using SSIS and Python scripts to extract data from other sources • Built tabular data models using SSAS processing data from multiple sources and combining them in a single data model to serve as data sources for dashboards used across multiple business units • Oversaw and facilitated existing tools and dashboard data source migration of a 10-year-old internal project cost and financial management system; rebuilt logic for >30 daily use dashboards with no loss in business functionality • Completely automated project closeout process to send out notifications and refresh dashboard data sources freeing up 21 person-hours every week • Building and maintaining ETL pipelines using SSIS with Python scripts for data extraction and manipulation from various Excel/CSV sources and update data models which act as sources for critical dashboards.
