• Pioneered the development of live Tableau dashboards by integrating SSMS SQL & Alteryx, managing over 13 million Child Care applications to monitor & reduce application processing delays effectively by promptly identifying applications on hold. • Collaborated with the team to migrate legacy system data to Databricks data lake using dbt and Fivetran. • Efficiently designed, validated & managed SQL data requests for 35,000 centers, ensuring the provision of timely & relevant data insights instrumental in shaping policy decisions & legislative amendments, demonstrating a direct impact on state-level policymaking. • Innovatively created Salesforce reports for 1,794 childcare centers statewide, substantially enhancing application analytics & operational intelligence.
