• Collaborate and assist in the development and data transfer of new texting initiatives. • Collaborate on multiple committees to include working on IT Strategic Plan and Professional Development • Oversees all contact between prospective and continuing students via mail, email, and text, including the development and execution of all text campaigns. • Running daily reports and ensuring all communication is sent to the correct population of students, separating data by different categories such as application status, program interest, etc. • Process and review admissions applications and maintain records in Ellucian Banner and Slate • Provide student supports, training of new employees and supervisor for student ambassador program • Crossed trained in multiple areas including Student Records, Finanical Aid, Admissions, and familiar with FERPA Rules and Regulations • Coordinates all admissions and recruitment events on and off-campus to include open houses, orientations, information sessions, school visits, and so on.
