Data Researcher (with Domain Knowledge)

Worked on large scale scientific (spectroscopic) data in Python which resulted in several high quality research publications. Mainly worked in Python for Exploratory Data Analysis, Statistical Modelling, and machine Learning. Applied Domain Knowledge to distinguish between noise and useful Data before applying supervised and unsupervised learning. This included feature extraction using PCA, and forecast with different models such as Linear regression, Ridge, Lasso and deep learning algorithms such as convolutional neural nets (CNNs).

Graduate Researcher (Data Analysis with Domain Knowledge)

Completed various projects on the large scale (datasets with thousands of data points of spectroscopic data) in MATLAB and Python. Used various techniques for Exploratory Data Analysis and statistical analysis. Also, performed image analysis of the spectroscopic data for physical feature extraction.
