Topside Mechanical Engineer

• To lead a team to perform design engineering works feasibility studies, Front End Engineering Design(FEED) and detail engineering design. • Work with process team to perform hydraulic design for the compressor, pumps and etc to develop respective data sheets. • Specification, design, manufacturing, LCI, material handling of mechanical equipment ensuring safe and operational friendly solutions which are weight and cost efficient. • Generated specification (data sheet, Spec) with the quality and rules (API, ASME, IEC, NEMA and etc.) requirement encompassed. • To conduct or attend P&ID design review, HAZOP, SAFE, SIL studies and 3D model reviews • Work in a team with other discipline engineers in the Client team for the EPC contract for the Process and Utility area. • Familiar with the Construction process in the Fabrication Yard. • Establish close dialog with relevant Yard, Client personnel, and with the vendors. • Contribute to development of a open and good working environment. • The responsibility includes ensuring that the design, within own area of responsibility (i.e Fuel gas treatment, Waste heat recovery, produced water skid and etc) , is developed and aligned with Authority requirements, other relevant requirements. • Focus on quality, cost and weight optimal solutions, in time delivery, as well as fulfilling the LCI requirement. • Performed Risk assessment to the design and construction from time to time to ensure sufficient mitigation to delivered project on time and budget. Following up closely with based on identified risk to ensure planned safeguard are implemented with recordable activities and verifications • Issued drawings and performed 3D modelling in AVEVA marine (PDMS). • High focus shall be made to proper handling of interfaces. • Identify and evaluate change proposals, and None Conformance Requests related to design. • Coordinate with vendors to ensure information flow, on-site coordination, FAT and delivery of the package.

Drilling System Engineer

- Involve in the System integration on a new build project - Familiar with conventional drilling derrick and Hydraulic hoisting tower design. - Strong technical know -how on the drilling system specification and Rules requirement (BSEE,Class..) which suites the front end drilling operation such as HPHT drilling , MPD and Directional drilling. - Perform Technical assessment on the Automation system and sequence for the Major handling on the drilling rig such as (DORS, MMC, CADS) to ensure stringent and demanding operation requirement is fulfilled. - Ensure maintainability of the equipment when design the layout. - Coordinating the drilling system requirement to the Power generation system onboard to ensure entire drilling operation cycle uninterrupted operation. - Develop and review Diverter (Hydril, drill Quip) technical specification. - Perform technical assessment and develop specification for Topdrive (TDX, DDM) - Develop and Review Pipe handling system specification (HR-IV ER, VPM , RNX/ARN, TFM/Catwalk) with Client and DEP - Develop and provide engineering solution for overall Mud System design (14- P-220/TPK2200 , AX-1/VSM/MD-3 Shakers, SLB/HAL cementing unit) with complete material handling consideration. - Develop the Fast,Safe and Easy material handling concept on board of drilling Rig.

Marine Engineer

- Generate Technical requisition for Marine Dual Fuel Engine, propulsion system, Waste management system, Purifier, air compressor, winches, centrifugal pumps, heat exchanger, etc. and performed technical evaluation for the package procurement. - Attending FAT to ensure equipment packages fulfilled the requirements. - Support Technical analysis of the Fuel gas system for Dual Fuel power plant. - Ensure compliance of the equipment and layout of vessel with support to construction to the Rules and Regulations (USCG, UK HSE, BSEE,ABS, DNVGL,LR). - Develop and Perform Material requisition specification (MR), Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) for marine packages. - Uncover ways to decrease maintenance cost without jeopardizing operational up-time with Clients and Major equipment Manufacturer. - Perform technical assessment of reliability studies with Client and Major equipment Manufacturer. - Facilitating mechanical equipment specifications document review - Involve in mechanical equipment layout and production drawing - Troubleshooting for installation. - Ensure and follow up Contractors engineering input to construction and commissioning - Liaise with client, class surveyor and QA/QC and support for inspection, class requirement, testing and commissioning of Drilling/Marine systems. -Establish and implement safe working procedure for all operation in coordination with Yard’s safety campaign to ensure zero accident and reduce downtime. - Provide comments to equipment relevant documentation, ie verifications of vessel critical equipment and control systems documentation, ie commissioning procedures and acceptance testing criteria’s etc against authority/class/flag - Identify and follow up issues that can result in operational problems - Identify, follow up and close out punches - Perform equipment layout design.
