• Coordinate with the Collections directorate to maintain the Downtown Library’s stacks collection • Coordinate with the Course Resources team to maintain Downtown Culture Pass program and reserve equipment collections • Provide support to and oversight of student employees • Educated patrons on intermediate subject-based reference, operational, and policy questions in person, by phone, and electronically through Ask a Librarian chat and email • Performed all duties associated with the circulation of library materials, including checkout/in and Interlibrary Loan digitization requests • Provide basic troubleshooting of computer and printing needs • Run and process system-generated material status lists

• Coordinated monthly Women, Trans, and Femme makerspace event planning activities for a year and a half • Managed DPC Makerspace – proposed and established a textile art area.
