Digital Specialist Engineer

Current Project: US Healthcare Insurance Client - CareSource ▪ Analyzed the code of existing applications to understand the current scenario and coded as per the business requirement. ▪ Created ETL processes using the in-built ETL application to automate manual processes. ▪ Created stored procedures as per the user stories and enhanced existing stored procedures to reduce processing time from 1 min 30 seconds to 10 seconds. ▪ Analyzed the data issues as reported by the business via the incidents and shared analysis on the cause and created scripts to fix the data in production. ▪ Analyzed existing processes and data to answer questions by the business. ▪ Collaborated with system analysts to identify and clarify the business requirements. ▪ Documented the analysis, code changes and unit tests. ▪ Supported the QA team throughout their testing cycle with various bug fixes, and taking accountability for changes or fixes that are required. ▪ Created release procedure plans for changes in production such that there is maximum risk management and minimum production impact. ▪ Took QA responsibility and documented test plans, testing others' stories and reporting any bug found to the respective developer and ensuring the functionality is working as per the business requirement.
