As a paid search analyst, I was responsible for the implementation of various paid search strategies for my portfolio of clients based on their individual goals. Due to the nature of the agency’s work, my clients were in unique industries that did not overlap with any other clients. As a coordinator, it was my responsibility to be the field manager for specific data collection projects. My daily responsibilities included preparing and troubleshooting data collection equipment, observing and coaching interviewers and leads, ensuring quota goals were met within methodology guidelines, and updating incidence tracking. I was also responsible for various office projects, such as creating an inventory system for the data collection equipment, tracking team recognition, and creating field interviewing schedules for our GSERVE project to ensure a balanced sampling of guests in the various areas of the parks.
