My main tasks as a Continuous Improvement Specialist are: # Big Data Analysis with Python -- I process big amount of data (up to 2 million rows) to check and improve Adecco Italia national KPIs. # Process Automation with Python and VBA -- I create scripts and files to automatically process workers timesheets, resulting in a 70-80% time improvement compared to manual management. # Excel Trainer -- I help my colleagues in improving their Excel skills as an internal trainer.
