Talent & Marketing Analyst

• Using SQL to conduct talent analysis to inform all regionals and overall global pre market expansion strategies – incl. analysing demographics, income, labour market trends, viability of rapid expansion, and education to support expatriation and sourcing strategies. • Leading the analysis to establish required skillsets for projects and clients. • Developing models of potential expansion scenarios which build on labour market maps, expansion scope and plausibility of global talent acquisition. • Analysing recruitment, staffing, L&D, and HR data to generate reports and provide strategic sourcing recommendations in monthly S&OP meetings using Power BI. • Evaluating data on probation, retention, and promotion to assess and enhance the effectiveness of the talent acquisition strategy. • Building and maintaining a sustainable talent pipeline using various sources and methods – e.g., LinkedIn headhunting, content sharing, career development consultations, etc. • Managing the Applicant Tracking System and candidate pipelines, ensuring data integrity and readiness for on-demand rapid analysis reports. • Preparing weekly (and ad hoc) reports for talent performance evaluation meetings with the Leadership Team. • Developing relationships with local universities, organising and participating in local career fairs. • Running bi-annual Assessment Centres for STEM graduates. • Managing Diversity and Inclusion targets of the overall pipeline. • Managing the 360-recruitment process of headhunted candidates.
