I was the Automation engineer in the ‘Ellie Mae Encompass’’ project. Ellie Mae's Encompass is a cloud-based loan origination platform that expedites and improves the digital mortgage process. Roles and Responsibilities: 1) Design, develop, and enhance the Web Webdriver, TestNG, Page Object Model, Data Driven Mechanism and API Automation Frameworks. 2) Test APIs using SoapUI. 3) Create test plans and test cases based on functional requirements. 4) Closely collaborate with the development team to resolve technical issues. 5) Ownership of end-to-end, performance, and integration testing. 6) Developed test scripts using Java language.

I was leading the Test Automation effort across five teams in the following projects: 1) HP Touchpoint Manager: HP Touchpoint Manager is a Cloud-based IT Management Software for all types of Devices 2) HP Workspace: HP Workspace is an application virtualization service for enhancing mobile productivity. Multiple apps can run simultaneously in HP Workspace, including Chrome, Google Earth, Excel, etc. Roles and Responsibilities 1) Design, develop, and enhance the Web UI (Selenium Webdriver, TestNG, Page Object Model, and Data-Driven Mechanism) and API Automation Frameworks 2) Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents. 3) Create test plans and test cases based on functional requirements. 4) Closely collaborate with the development team to resolve technical issues. 5) Ownership of end-to-end, performance, and integration testing 6) Participate in improving test engineering best practices, tools, and processes. 7) Performed load testing of the application using Jmeter. 8) Developed test scripts in the Java language.

Senior Test Engineer

I was the main Automation engineer on the ‘UMS Alert project. UMS is an industry-leading provider of mass alert solutions, scaled for entire populations. Responsibilities 1) Worked on enhancement and development of the 'UMS Alert' UI Test Automation Framework (Selenium Webdriver, TestNG, Page Object Model, and Data-Driven Mechanism) 2) Implemented customized HTML Reports for presenting the automation test suite execution results. 3) Developed a separate test script with the keyword-driven approach by employing Java's Reflection API. 4) Performed cross-environment and cross-browser testing of the application. 5) Carried out the execution of the same automation script on multiple instances of a browser using Selenium Grid. 6) Provided timely reports on automation progress and execution status to management. 7) Was responsible for project-related client interaction daily.

Test Engineer

I worked as a manual tester on the following two projects: 1) Trinetra (Sony, Japan): This project required extensive Embedded System testing of three types of Sony Cameras (DSC, DSLR, and CAM. 2) Lash (AmerisourceBergen, US): This project required thorough testing of the software services provided by the client to its medical customers such as patients, physicians, and pharmaceutical companies. Responsibilities 1) Writing and executing test cases based on the specification and design docs. 2) Perform black box testing of the Web Portal application 3) Preparing test summary reports, test cases, and test scenarios 4) Reporting and tracking defects in “JIRA”
