Research assistant

I contribute to the Computational Intelligence and Operations (CIO) Lab at Shahjalal University of Science and Technology, Sylhet, Bangladesh. The lab pioneers advancements in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and computational techniques, focusing on solving intricate challenges across manufacturing, operations, supply chain management, logistics, and transportation. My role involves extracting insights from data, applying them to real-world issues, and conducting research for top journals or conferences. Beyond my research contributions, I actively support knowledge dissemination by assisting others in learning the ropes of research methodologies. In a dynamic environment with a skilled research team and cutting-edge infrastructure, our goal is to innovate solutions that address tangible challenges, driving progress in computational intelligence and enhancing decision-making processes.

As a Research Assistant at SUST Research Centre, I assisted on the project on an Automated Timetabling Software employing Genetic Algorithm. I gathered data from various departments, explored the algorithm, and contributed to developing the software's website using Django framework.
