My responsibilities include working with clients in the areas of biochemistry (Dimension EXL 200), Immunology (ADVIA Centaur CP, ADVIA Centaur XP, ADVIA Centaur XPT, mmulite 2000 Xpi), hemostasis (SYSMEX CS2100i, SYSMEX CS5100i). Main responsibilities include: - Conducting product trainings for clients and colleagues. Product support for customers, business partners. - Complaint handling, communication with headquarters. - Product promotion. - Conducting technical and clinical trials, evaluation of the results.
