Regional Supply Chain Planning: Coordinate with Local Supply Chain, Regional Distribution Center, Contract Manufacturer, Suppliers, Regulatory Affair, Commercial Artwork for bridging stock, planned supply and demand forecast. Develop purchase orders for finished goods shipped from factory. Develop work orders to support secondary packaging in Regional Distribution Center based on importation and purchasing requirements (Min shelf life, lead time .... etc). Purchasing & Work Order management and closure. Deepdive shortage risks, inventory, supply vs demand gap in ASEAN market. Digital Transformation & Business Intelligence: Acquire data from multiple sources (planning system, inventory data, purchasing system, manual tracker, finance budget data, MDM database), clean and transform data for dashboard development. Crossborder Logistic Operation: Monitor and coordinate day to day cross border shipment handover between line haul, freight forwarder and 3PL. Analyze parcels’ aging and breach performances. Manage freight forwarder and 3PL to ensure comply with SLA. Analyze, simplify and standardize the cross border logistic operation by business process re-engineering. Designed waterproof Digital level measuring equipment, constructed mechanical structure of plastic and metal parts. Conducted design for manufacturing and assembly on new products (DFMA). Designed and assembled the jigs and high precision Sine Bar. Developed automated pneumatic Flexible Flat Cable trimming machine.

Panasonic | Jun 2011 - Apr 2012

R & D Engineer

Set up customers’ fridges with Panasonic compressors for testing, compiled and analysed the findings. Optimizing the fridge’s performances by changing the design of fridges. Successfully created Thermodynamic heat transfer calculation simulation to calculate the size and length required to optimize compressor efficiency.
