Finance & Accounting Manager

As the Finance & Accounting Manager, I oversee the preparation of financial statements, manage cash flow and working capital, and ensure compliance with tax regulations, including SST and statutory contributions. I lead the accounting team, developing financial policies and internal controls while driving cost control initiatives. My role includes negotiating AP/AR terms, assisting in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and providing strategic financial insights for decision-making and project proposals. I manage the full spectrum of accounting functions, including the general ledger, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, and financial reconciliations. Additionally, I collaborate with external auditors, tax agents, and the company secretary for audit preparation, tax compliance, and statutory filings. I also oversee the transition to e-invoicing and provide training to the team on new processes and systems.
