Support monitoring and evaluation activities, ensuring that IMC Country program generate quality evidence on the outcomes and effects of activities on the lives of beneficiaries with which to inform operational decision making and strategic reorientation. Provide technical inputs to the annual work planning processes ensuring coordination with the recommended timelines and guidelines; Support planning and implementation of monitoring and evaluation activities on effectiveness of all interventions Produce frequent Monitoring and Evaluation progress reports with status of results and implementation of improvements and follow up for corrective actions in program; Work in close collaboration with internal counterparts and external partners to strengthen the quality and consistency of monitoring and evaluation activities in the field; Support identification of monitoring, review and evaluation needs during programs/project planning and implementation; Support the training of partner staff in appropriate monitoring and evaluation techniques to build capacity of staff, and lead in the demonstration of results; Work in close collaboration with internal counterparts and external partners to strengthen the quality and consistency of monitoring and evaluation activities in the field.
