Presented these reports to SLT and the FAR Committee, demonstrating the platform's ability to provide real-time, data-driven decision-making. • Developed and published an HRIS Employee Dashboard in Power BI using internal HR datasets, enabling quick access to key employee metrics such as department headcount, probationary period end dates, and employee group counts. • Providing the PCWG committee with quarterly KPI metrics including Employee Voluntary Turnover Rate, Employee Retention Rate, and Employee Absentee Rate. Data is extracted using SQL and visualized in Power BI. • Writing and maintaining regular and ad hoc Human Resources reports using SQL and Informer 5 including AUFA Article 28.10, SEIU Article 8.04, and Telemedicine registration.
