Data collection - Using several different instruments to acquire astronomical data, planning and executing observations. Data preparation - Transforming raw data using IRAF, data filtering and standardization using own scripts written in Python and C. Data analysis - Selecting the best method to analyze the data, building a pipeline using various tools like Matlab and JupyterHub in combination with my own code written in Python and Matlab. Scientific writing - Writing reports, articles and observation proposals (equivalent to a small business case to obtain time on an instrument) using LaTeX. Presentation of results - Data visualization using Matplotlib and Gnuplot, preparing posters and presenting, often on international conferences, workshops, etc.
