Manager of Institutional Effectiveness and Assessment Analytics

• Manages the operational activities and the analysis of data as it relates to assessment practices for academic and administrative units across the University to advance strategic initiatives, foster data-informed assessment practices, and fulfill accreditation/regulatory agency requirements. • Ensures the data analysis needs of all stakeholders (faculty, administration & staff) are met by evaluating the quality of assessment reports and/or any other documents related to the University's Strategic Plan and generating data analytics to inform and complete reports. • Designs and facilitates professional development training content (both face- to-face and e-learning) and job aids to support institution-wide continuous improvement goals and other initiatives by implementing solutions that drive meaningful learner experiences. • Analyzes program data, develops reports, and oversees activities while monitoring the status of assessment reports. • Participates in developing partnerships throughout the University to enhance the quality of data reporting and the effectiveness of assessment practices. • Provides individual and group consultation to faculty, staff, and executive- level administrators in the development of program, learning, and operational outcomes. • Develops and maintains Tableau dashboards, Airtable bases, and SQL queries to monitor institutional assessment data, project management workflows, and progress reporting. • Engages with executive leadership and college-level staff to meet operational goals and to design and implement strategies that improve performance metrics.

Senior Housing Case Manager

• Provides housing case management to low-income persons living with HIV/ AIDS. Housing case management includes conducting needs assessments, developing individualized housing stability plans for clients, preparing applications for housing assistance, internal and external referrals based on client needs, and counseling clients on housing decisions. • Coordinates housing stabilization and healthcare plans for clients through a network of providers to increase client access to stable, independent housing and increase access to healthcare. • Responsible for managing a caseload of approximately 70-100 clients. • Conducts home visits to assess client needs and conducts community outreach. • New employee training and training material development, currently holds senior position.
