Cybersecurity ● Oversaw campaign’s cybersecurity efforts including securing each staffer’s personal devices and accounts, implementing 2-factor authentication, and training the organization on cybersecurity best practices ● Coached and trained 10 campaign staffers – including candidate – through 1- on-1 personal account security consultations to ensure each staffer completed a DNC approved security checklist, (Area 1 & Crowdstrike) Digital Organizing ● Managed the campaign’s virtual staging location for GOTV, in which 40 volunteer shifts were completed across peer-to-peer texting, relational organizing, and dialer programs, allowing the campaign to make thousands of canvass attempts ● Oversaw the campaign’s peer-to-peer SMS program by drafting and loading scripts, training volunteer leaders, and hosting 20 text banks with 120 volunteer shifts completed Data and Reporting ● Created reports utilizing VAN, Phoenix, and Google Data Studio, making the data accessible and actionable to senior leadership to monitor the campaign’s direct voter contact and volunteer recruitment efforts with automatically updated data ● Debugged cross-functional technical issues, troubleshoot, and communicated the solutions to organizers and directors ● Built a heat map to visually track the number of outstanding ballots from likely-to-support voters and allow campaign to strategically place staging locations for GOTV ● Supported the finance team in automating repetitive processes, and pulled data from disparate systems into one cohesive report Websites ● Highlighting the Congressperson’s work with endorsements and other constituency groups ● Updated and managed the campaign’s website by providing regular content updates and troubleshooting technical issues
