• Part of the managing team of the MEP subcontractor (Al Futtaim Engineering MEP) for the handover of Al Seef Project-Phase 3 with a value of $55 million. Total project value $550 million. • Other managed packages: Civil Defense, Acoustic package, Louvres, Heritage sanitary ware, Sauna & Spa and Hotel Kitchens. • Provided technical support for Testing and Commissioning (IST& functionality tests, progress reports etc) and was assigned as project close-out manager for 40 MEP systems. • Managed the salvage of wasted materials from other projects with a value $82,000.

• Reporting to the Project Manager & Engineering Manager, I lead a team of Mechanical engineers and played a critical role during the Dubai Mall Fashion Avenue Extension project development. • Completed the engineering works for mechanical side and managed the order/delivery/installation of main equipment’s including cost & product specifications evaluation. • Efficiently completed submission of 4000+ drawings, on time, within tight deadlines and in adherence with strict budgets. • Managed all the handover aspects of the ATT Burj Khalifa, over 40 flagship retail spaces and the VVIP toilets. • Saved over $2.7 million by optimizing the procurement; Raised over 300 requests for information to clarify and improve the design. • Expedited meetings with Employer Representative, Consultant, Sub- Contractors and staff on all aspects of design development and value engineering.

The project was awarded Middle East “Project of the year” in 2015 & 2016. • Reviewed shop drawings and 3D coordination using Navisworks, reviewing specifications and raising RFIs (over 300 RFIs). Supported the Cad department in building services coordination. • Managed the acoustic specialist subcontractor for the Opera House. • Involved in material take-off and preparation of change reports, accepted by the Client in a proportion of 90%.
