• Developed process for filing Property Transfer Affidavits (PTAs) with the Wayne County Tax Assessor that did not exist prior to COVID-19 to improve workflow. Was able to file a back log of 15,000+ outstanding PTAs in a streamlined, efficient manner. • Continued to file PTAs monthly to ensure accurate property ownership data. • Monthly bulk data updates to Salesforce included City and County Tax data, USPS Occupancy data, and Property Ownership data. • Created various Excel documents to assist with pulling metrics data and presenting information to stakeholders for concise explanations of best placement for needed resources. • Collaborated with stakeholders to identify business needs and data sources. • Produced Ad Hoc reporting and data requests as a member of the data team.
