Midwich PLC created an Audio Visual Equipment monitoring platform using ScienceLogic AI Ops Engine as a SaaS Cloud Offering. This required creating device drivers using Python to interface and poll hardware equipment of Industry leading Audio-Visual vendors. Responsibilities demonstrated during this project are as follows:  Integrate Midwich Audio Visual SaaS Cloud with industry leading Vendor equipment using RESTFUL APIs. This was done by using python to collect data for vendors such as Mersive, Poly, Brightsign, Barco Click Share , ZOOM Video Conferencing, BIAMP , Crestron , EXTRON , DTEN etc.  Integrate Midwich SaaS application with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Teams using Graph API .  Integrate Midwich Monitoring platform with ITSM cloud providers such as Service Now, Fresh Service, Salesforce, Job Logic etc via REST API to automate ticket , alert creation and other ticket manipulations.  Build Automation script policies using Python to carry out automated actions based on machine logic.  Represent API collected data as different visual representations within Monitoring Dashboards.  Created custom APIs in FLASK by using webhooks to receive notifications from MS Teams /Azure to Custom API endpoints . These custom API Endpoints were created to store the information in PostgresSQL Database.
