Joined D-Square Consulting and immediately started working with one of the clients Johnson & Johnson(Kenvue). In the first project, I dealt with Time Series sales data for different SKUs sold globally. We created a framework with an ensemble of around 10 different ML models, and whichever model had a significantly lower MAPE would forecast sales for the upcoming 6 months. Some of the models were SARIMAX, Holt, Prophet, TBATS, N-Beats, Deep AR Estimator, and Lasso Regression, etc. along with different feature engineering options, indexing, windowing, interpolation techniques, Hyperopt, Optune, etc. We also automated the whole framework in Azure Databricks(AD) using Python and created a Dashboard using Tableau that had all the relevant metrics for stakeholders. Built a pipeline to fetch the data from Snowflake to AD and used Bitbucket repository and mlflow for code versioning. Contributed to a winter season forecasting project for China to see if winter would arrive earlier in 2023 comparatively in order to restock the top revenue- generating products of winter and maximize profits. Analyzed possible sales decline in Japan as they had recently released Nuclear waste from Fukushima into the Pacific Ocean, and China had extremely criticized this move and taken serious action. Currently working on a sales-weather correlation project to identify a relationship between temperature and customer behavior for different Aveeno Products accordingly using several correlation methods such as MIC, Pearson's correlation, etc. Prepared a deck for stakeholders and visualized the findings for easier interpretation.

These projections played a crucial role in budgeting, resource planning, and strategic decision-making. Successfully deployed the model using the frontend library "StreamLit" in Python. Coordinated with senior managers and collected the business requirements for several projects to prepare visualizations and dashboards accordingly. Analyzed past 5 years of toll data to derive insights and forecast in terms of traffic management, improved urban transportation, effective optimization of routes, etc. Led a team of 4 people in a Kaggle competition and secured a rank in the top 10% among 2000 teams
