As a VR and AR evangelist and creator of 360 and VR since November of 2017, I'm a huge believer of immersive technology and it's future in our lives. ServiceTitan | Feb 2018 - Mar 2019

eLearning Manager

As an ELearning Manager, my time is split between being strategic, managing and creating. Strategically, I focus on three main areas. First, how do we keep our customers engaged using Instructional Design methodologies? Second, how do we make sure we are delivering highly engaging, entertaining and innovative content? Finally, how do we increase the efficiency of our production pipeline to quickly deliver top-notch content? From a management perspective, I work on our team's OKRs, vision, mission, strategy and goals. I manage and mentor a team of developers on the day to day production of content including Virtual Reality Experiences, Video Tutorials, Interactive Simulators and Assessments. I help ensure high quality content production and consistency across all producers by creating content standards to follow from Pre-Production all the way to Publish. I interface with SMEs and stakeholders to analyze content needs, develop strategy and coordinate content production. I also build and maintain reports to keep all team members properly informed. From a creation perspective I focus on creating highly engaging Virtual Reality Experiences and Video Tutorials. I use a variety of tools including Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Media Encoder, Adobe Audition, Cenario VR, Amazon Sumerian, Techsmith Camtasia and others as needed. I also manage our studio and work with production equipment including 360-degree video cameras, audio equipment, lights, teleprompters, etc. Successful projects include various video tutorials and an on-boarding Virtual Reality experience for new employees to tour our corporate facility which can be viewed at https://bit.ly/stcorptour

Ahead of the Curve Media, LLC | Mar 2013 - Dec 2016

Technical Project Manager / Founder

As the founder and creator of Ahead of the Curve Media, I supported multiple clients in their web development projects by providing a team of on-shore and off-shore developers. We delivered code enhancements and integrations with other systems (e.g. SalesForce) using agile project management. We also worked on various large-scale responsive website redesign projects. We translated client requests into development stories using JIRA on a bi-weekly sprint. Assisted in coding as needed. After 3+ years of running the business, an amazing opportunity came up to work at a (then) startup, ServiceTitan helping define the learning content for a new market, so I decided to sunset the consulting business and jump at that opportunity.
