During my time as a field inventory taker of vascular plants along road edges in Sweden, I had the opportunity to explore and document the rich diversity of plant species that thrive in this unique ecological niche. This role not only allowed me to contribute to valuable ecological research but also gave me a deeper appreciation for the intricate ecosystems that exist along our roadways. As an inventory taker, I meticulously recorded data on various plant species, their distribution, and any environmental factors that might influence their growth. This work required a keen eye for plant identification, as well as a strong commitment to accuracy and detail.
