About the Role The Analytics Business Partner’s mission is to interact with internal and external teams (both R&D and business), anticipating problems, working on solutions, and aligning expectations. A mix between product owner and business analyst and strategist, leading several analytics transformation initiatives to revolutionize the business. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business stakeholders as an agent for change and improvement, providing a new perspective on integrating data and Analytics in decisions and daily operations. - Apply problem solving capabilities to understand the business issues/ requirements and then suggest an analytics solution or a suitable approach from the process and technical perspective. - Define, along with the business units, the project requirements, outlining goals, scopes, benefits, stakeholders, and approach. - Develop and argue on business cases, manage relationships and expectations. - Manage multiple concurrent projects that require inputs from cross-functional stakeholders while balancing impact on business needs. - Apply expertise in quantitative analysis and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and help inform, influence, support, and execute business decisions. - Act as an internal consultant by understanding business needs, scoping data requests, synthesizing insights, and recommending solutions in collaboration with the other members of the Analytics team. - Translate technical findings to non-technical audiences and communicate it properly through the use of well-designed visualizations. - Plan, manage and delegate tasks in the squad (3 data analysts) Tools, such as SQL, Python, Google Data Studio, PowerBI, Excel/ Gsheet and enable client self-service on routine queries. Data Analyst in the R&D Department, involved in the strategic development, implementation, and management of business analytics technologies, processes, and the overall success of business intelligence. This team aims to provide the organization with reliable and accurate data, robust insights and proper recommendations.
