Remotely managed projects grounded in action research to distill insights by leveraging qualitative and quantitative data from internal and external stakeholders including communities, schools, and students. - Made strategy recommendations to product management team, contributing to systems and organizational change efforts. - Led four-person team in producing monthly learning insights and updated learning agenda for high priority strategic initiative aimed at improving volunteer experience, retention and recruitment by piloting flexible work options. - Collaborated with a cross-functional team to streamline and align enterprise surveying strategy managing development, implementation, reporting, and application of two annual cycles of 11 different staff surveys. - Surveys targeted staff, volunteers, partner schools, teachers, and alumni, focusing on common themes for triangulated analysis. - Managed two-person team to produce quarterly insights addressing questions, concerns, and themes from internal staff and volunteers as well as annual reports highlighting longer term implications and opportunities. Collaborated with program design, field staff, analysts, and developers to support build out and implementation of enterprise student data systems for 27 national locations. - Championed Salesforce adoption initiative by developing and delivering 20+ virtual training sessions, enabling 50 nationwide evaluators to effectively use new modules and advanced reporting features. - Represented business ownership of enterprise systems used by over 2,000 front end users to store, organize, and clean data for over 50,000 students. - Designed and implemented user acceptance test (UAT) scripts for Salesforce system enhancements. - Co-developed SQL scripts for quality assurance tests (QAT) for extraction, transformation and loading (ETL) processes from Salesforce system to Azure data warehouse and business information staging database.
