Biomarker discovery - Oncology Projects: Glioblastoma, Melanoma, Glioma, and Gastric Adenocarcinoma - Conducted functional enrichment analysis using Shiny GO to identify key biological pathways involved in tumor progression and therapeutic response. - Performed differential gene expression analysis, comparing gene expression across gender, tumor stages, and primary vs. metastatic tumors. - Utilized R for data preprocessing, normalization, and advanced visualization of large-scale datasets, including TCGA-SKCM. - Developed clear and concise technical writing materials to communicate complex scientific findings.
