Youth Network for Community and Sustainable Development | Mar 2021 - Jul 2021

⚡ Facilitated community participatory research and capacity building engagement with 30 Community based organisation to implement SMEL II project funded by The Girl Generation, Kenya. ⚡ Led and overseeing recruitment of 20 youth advocates /champions on Project SMELII. ⚡Championed advocacy and community entry on project SCALE - funded by the embassy of Netherland - in Oyo State. ⚡Supported the Business Development team in using logical framework in pitching program logic – design & implementation to funders.

⚡ Implemented HIV Testing Services with Prevention and Community Services unit using Index Testing approach in 73 health care facilities. ⚡ Collated tracking report of loss-to-follow-up clients and referral linkages of clients from facility ad-hoc staff, while deploying prevention resources (registers and IECs materials) to the facilities. ⚡ Ensured Data Quality Assessment (DQA) through monthly monitoring and evaluation of state-level data and upload appropriately into the DHIS.

State Monitoring And Evaluation Coordinator

⚡ Designing tools and strategies for data collection, analysis and production of reports, collation and validation data monthly and quarterly for quality control. ⚡ Assisting Project Manager in the preparation of reports on the findings and lessons learned from project design and implementation. ⚡ Monitoring and evaluating overall progress on achievement of results; working closely with the National CSO and the State Operations Coordinating Unit (SOCU) to ensure all program cycles are monitored for transparency and compliance. ⚡ Facilitating monthly meetings with State Cash Transfer Unit (SCTU) to review the Grievance Redress Mechanism report ⚡ Reporting monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual progress on all project activities to the Project Manager. ⚡ Identifying potential challenges and grievances requiring attention and present them to SCTU during the review meeting. ⚡ Developing and strengthening monitoring, inspection and evaluation procedures of the TPM framework developed by the National Lead CSO. ⚡ Monitoring all project activities and progress towards achieving the project output; For example, coordination of activities and the monitoring visits of LGA Liason officers/Technical Facilitators to deploy M&E tools including ODK to LGAs.

Kimpact Development Initiative (KDI) | Aug 2019 - Oct 2019

Consultant - Election Petition Tribunal Monitoring

⚡ Monitored the EPT processes, proceedings and compliance with EPT guidelines and other relevant laws and policies in Oyo state, Nigeria ⚡ Monitored the resolution of disputes arising from 5 political party candidates who are discontented about the outcome of the 2019 Gubernatorial, Senatorial, Federal and State House of Assembly Elections in Oyo state. ⚡ Obtained past reports of tribunal proceedings that are already underway and provide daily/weekly reports of activities on 29 EPT cases in Oyo state. ⚡ Monitored the print media and online news to get information about the tribunals to have wider views for objective analysis.

⚡ Designed survey forms in the Kobo toolbox and deploy to ODK/Kobo collect for data collection. ⚡ Administered Assessment Survey on Measuring Justice through Luanda Guidelines in 11 LGAs in Oyo State. ⚡ Reviewed data collected and made corrections, assisted with technical issues and presented logistics & data issues to the Research Department ⚡ Participated in the analysis and dissemination of findings to stakeholders.

⚡ Liaised with 15+ organizations and 50 individuals to implement the Vote Not Fight: Election No Be War National Day of Action Peace Walk championed by Youngstars Foundation, 2face Foundation, funded by National Democratic Institute (NDI). ⚡ Interfaced with consortium partners and over 400 direct project beneficiaries and 5,000 indirect beneficiaries of the organizations project including Project SAFIRE, EARxtra voices, EndFGM though last mile reach, EndFGM poster Art Competition etc. of the organization. ⚡ Provided reports and presentations of project implementation to Donor agencies such as The Girl Generation, Kenya, Global Media Campaign to EndFGM, UK, and Options. ⚡ Featured on several media platforms – radio, television and print media across Nigeria to engage on multi-faceted issues affecting young people’s development. ⚡ Provided support and coordinated organization programmes, prepared various program reports and assisted in proposal writing.
