Operations & Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities: • Go-to representative for all things data, writing complex SQL queries for the purposes of research, reporting, forecasting, quality assurance, accounting, operational efficiency and more. • Ownership of internal data collection and reporting powered by SQL, Excel & Data Studio. Presented key analytics to internal leaders on a weekly basis to promote informed strategic decision-making. Developed "self-service" dashboards for both internal stakeholders and large commercial partners to visualize important metrics related to carpark revenue, utilisation, operational bottlenecks and more. • Ownership of customer service operations, including but not limited to: → Customer Service Messaging Platform (powered by Intercom). → Knowledgebase and Standard Operating Procedure Documentation (powered by Guru). → Frequent Training Sessions to Promote Quality Assurance and a 'Customer First' Approach. → Level 2 Escalations i.e. Operational Issues and VIP Client queries. (powered by Slack & Intercom) • Ownership of critical accounting operations, including but not limited to: → Fortnightly User Earnings Payouts. → Commercial Accounts Receivable & Payable. → Refunds & Payment Dispute Resolution. → Fraud Protection Strategy (powered by Braintree & GoCardless). • Ownership of the company website consisting of 100+ pages, edited via HTML and CSS in a Wordpress environment. Assisted in the migration of all existing content to a new website design in late 2021. • Various other routine and ad-hoc projects that fell under the umbrella of Operations, Development and Sales.
