Department Chair

Supervise approximately 50 faculty teaching both graduate and undergraduate classes in psychology to ensure quality of teaching. Oversee development and delivery of 38 courses to ensure quality of learning and consistency with professional standards. Utilize data for quality assurance and improvement in the areas of student persistance, student learning outcomes, faculty and student engagement, program growth, and program integrity. Collaborate with other university staff and leadership to assist with policy and programmatic development and strategic planning.
