Collections RCM Analyst III

Same with those in my tenure as an Analyst II, main responsibilities include regular submission of Collections' employee performance expressed through team-based Key Performance Indicators (actual vs. target), bonuses computations, development of new bonus schemes, representing RCM team in various projects, monitoring assigned cost segments, catering to analysis and reports creation requests from various stakeholders, serving as a subject- matter expert on cost-related topics, and coordination with various leaders in and out of Collections Department about various concerns impacting RCM team's responsibilities. Other responsibilities include mentoring newbies, and training for continuing education efforts of internal employees.
